Which tropical fish can I have in my fluval edge tank?

The tank is too small for Tetras, no room to shoal, and is not suitable for anabantoids like Bettas or Paradise Fish as it has no surface area apart from the tiny opening around the filter. All I’d recommend for that tank, which is most definitely style over practicality, is a trio of male Endlers or a group of dwarf shrimp like Crystal Reds or Ghosts. Due to the complete lack of surface area, the stocking needs to be very minimal. I’ve seen these in stores but never seen any store bother to try and stock one as a show tank, they wrinkle their noses up at these things in terms of stocking them, but love to slap the big price tag on for the people who love these “desktop” tanks.
