Which transactions are eligible for consideration for a DU Refi Plus property fieldwork waiver?
The following transactions are eligible for consideration for a DU Refi Plus property fieldwork waiver: one-unit properties; primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. When determining DU Refi Plus property fieldwork waiver eligibility, DU will apply the maximum allowable LTV and CLTV ratios based on occupancy. Cooperative units, manufactured homes, and two- to four-unit properties are not eligible for the DU Refi Plus property fieldwork waiver. DU Refi Plus loan casefiles that receive an Expanded ApprovalĀ® (EA) recommendation are also ineligible for the DU Refi Plus property fieldwork waiver.
