Which theory of gravity should I believe – Newtons or Einsteins?

You should believe  "NEITHER",  they’re both wrong.

Newton assumed (most silly) that Gravity could pull an object through empty space without being physically connected to it.

Einstein declared that Gravity can warp space (a non-material entity).

The TRUTH is that Gravity is the Expansion Acceleration of Mass.

You’re basing validity of scientific theory based on the religion of the scientist? Then you completely misunderstand the scientific method at its face. Just a note: As a young boy in Germany, Einstein was inspired to observe Jewish religious practices, but as he grew more fascinated by science, his interest in organized religion faded. At about age 30 Newton came to believe that Trinitarianism was a fraud and that Arianism was the true form of primitive Christianity. Newton held these views, very privately, until the end of his life. On his death bed he refused to receive the sacrament of the Anglican church.
