MADISON, Wis. – A new survey shows that marijuana use among teenagers in Wisconsin is dropping. Results released by the state Department of Public Instruction show that high school students who reported smoking marijuana at least once in their life has dropped from 43 percent in 2001 to 34 percent this year.
