Recite : 4 Quls Chapter 109, 112, 113, 114 and at the begning and end ‘Darood Sharif’ and 3 times before you go to bed, Aayatul Kursi, and when you wake up in the morning (Wa ma alaina ill lal balagh)

correct spelling of “Quaran” to Quran Follow Islam, pray 5 times, be away from sin, then read Quran, make dua if don’t do what i wrote above, reciting doesn’t help for un practical muslim
