Which supplements are the best for amino acids and creatine?
Just a plain old bulk cheap creatine will work, there are expensive ones out there that have all kinds of bells and whistles and they work as well as plain powder. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein so any protein containing food will have most if not all of the amino acids necessary for recovery/tissue remodeling. Any meaning milk, eggs, cheese, meat, soy products. Individual amino acids have their place but not in a basic training program.
