If you still don’t find this enough to increase your weight then try adding 300-500 calories a week to your regmin unitl you start seeing some progress. The plateau your experiencing is probably due to the lack of carborhydrates in your diet, if you supercharge your diet with carbohydrates believe me you’ll see a difference.
