Which supermarket in-store bakeries make Real Bread?

With current legislation not requiring ingredients to be listed on food that is prepared at the point of sale (eg in-store bakeries), its hard to say. Between June 2009 and February 2010, the Real Bread Campaign made numerous attempts to contact the major chains to find out how many stores bake from scratch (the use of frozen dough and part-baked loaves is not out of the question) and what goes into the manufacture of their breads.
