Which substances are restricted in the RoHS Directive?
The materials of concern defined by the RoHS Directive include lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr (VI)), cadmium (Cd), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs). Please note that there are exemptions and threshold concentration levels that allow these materials of concern to remain in products.
