Which states is WaterMark Capital approved to do loans in?

We are licensed to do loans in many different states. For the most current list see the State Licensed page on our website. You must also make sure that WaterMark Capital is approved to do that type of loan (first or second) in that particular state. Since license status can change, it is advised that prior to marketing or originating a loan in a particular state that you contact our Compliance Manager to confirm approval status.
