A. The following software programs are incompatible with certain areas of CRMnext and therefore may prevent CRMnext from performing optimally. Pop-up prevention software: Pop-up prevention software programs can prevent certain necessary pop-up windows in CRMnext from appearing. If you notice that nothing happens when you click a button that should launch a pop-up window, check to see if you are running a pop-up prevention program. If so, either hold down the Ctrl or Shift key on your keyboard as you click the button or turn the program off when using CRMnext (recommended). PopUpCop, for example, can cause run-time errors that prevent you from using CRMnext. It is recommended to disable PopUpCop before using CRMnext.
