DNA profiling is required for all Dams and Sires before their 3rd litter will be registered. Since DNA samples take several weeks to process, it is best to complete these requirements well ahead of time so that the litter registrations are not held pending DNA results. In litters that are conceived through Artificial Insemination, both the Sire and Dam MUST be DNA profiled, with ASCA, in order for the litter to be registered.
