Any fully adjustable SLR camera (or really any fully adjustable camera) can get that shot. This is a drawing, but as a photographic shot it has much more to do with the way the photographer sets up the lighting, than the camera. In school, one of our assignments was to photograph such an image using a 4×5 view camera. Since this is a close up shot, the aperture will probably be down around f/11 or f/16 to pull the depth of field necessary to keep everything in focus. The shutter speed, set to the flash sync speed and the flash units set up so there is even lighting on the white background about 4 to 5 stops hotter than the exposure of the glass and water. My guess is that four studio flash units will be used, two for the background and two to light the subject.
