Which schools offer English language instruction?
Your home address in Bloomington/Monroe County will determine which school your student attends. Normally, students attend the school in the neighborhood where they live. (See School maps.) If your child needs English language instruction, please check ESL/ENL Program at each school. Currently, 5/14 elementary schools, 3 middle schools and 2 high schools offer ESL/ENL instruction. Two schools, Templeton Elementary School and Tri-North Middle School are assigned as ESL/ENL magnet schools in MCCSC to serve students from neighborhood schools where English language instruction is not yet available. Transportation to magnet schools will be provided free of charge.
