Which road cycling shoes have wider toe boxes?

Does anyone know of/have any experience with road cycling shoes with wider toe boxes? I have Fred Flintstone type feet and need a shoe that’s not just wide at the ball of the foot. I’ve tried different styles of Sidi Mega shoes, but the toe box narrows past the ball of the shoe. I’m currently riding Shimano R212 in a wide, but wanted to see if anyone had other recommendations. I am using a sandal for those reasons and love them. The toes have plenty of room to wiggle. This could be an option in warm weather if you are not a competitive rider.
