Interested in taking classes in EMT in Rhode Island? University of Rhode Island in Providence, RI, Brown University in Providence, RI, and the Community College of Rhode Island in Warwick, RI, all offer courses in EMT. All three schools offer EMT – Basic training, with the University of Rhode Island offering EMT – Cardiac (unique to RI) and EMT – Paramedic as well. Training can also be acquired through hospitals, ambulance services and other private organizations.
