Which restaurant has the best cheese plate in Seattle?
I’ve had very good experiences with cheese at Le Pichet. Once, they had a special, non-advertised cheese in the kitchen. When our server learned that my friend and I were cheese aficionados, he offered us a special deal on the “staff’s cheese” and brought out a brick. It was great! Beyond Le Pichet, I’m fond of De Laurenti’s cheese counter. I also was at the Purple Cafe earlier this week, and although I did not sample any of their cheese selection, it looked impressive.
