I agree, Real estate commissions are negotiable, however especially in today’s real estate market, the more real estate agents showing your property the more likely you are of selling it. And any agent would rather show a property he/she can earn a 3% commission on, rather than a 1.5 or 2% commision.and if real estate agents don’t show your property you may eventually have to lower the price.My advice, pay the commission and sell.
