Which real estate agency is the best to work for?
Asking which agency is “Best” is like a buyer asking you what type of property is “best”. It will be different for everyone. For me, when I started out the best agency was the one that trained me regularly how to do business and do it correctly. As I gained experience my needs changed and I am now with a mostly independent firm that allows me to have 100% control of MY business. Not much if any support, but I have my own support system now and don’t need an office to do this for me.
