Which r the 2 new planets added to our solar system?

In 2006 Pluto was removed for the solar system as a “planet” and is now considered at “dwarf planet”, but recently a decision was made to include Pluto, along with the two new planets, Ceres and Eris, to make up a new 11 planet system. Pluto was previously considered a full fledged planet but the rules for what is considered a planet were amended so that bodies that have not “cleared the area” around them, or become gravitationally dominant, were excluded. Little planets like pluto did not fit this description. I am not sure if Ceres, Eris, and Pluto are still considered dwarf planets or not, since most of the online info is from 2006 or earlier, but a recent book and article from nationalgeographic.com just confirmed that there are now 11 planets.
