Which question types support skip logic and quota management?
Some Zoomerang features, such as Skip Logic and Quota Management, can be defined only for questions from which respondents choose from a fixed set of answers. It cannot be used with open-ended, text, or multiple response rating scale questions. You can use any question type in your survey, but only the following question types can be used to define a respondent’s path through the survey with Skip Logic or be used to define a Quota: • Choice – One Answer (Bullets) • Rating Scale – One Answer (Horizontal) • Choice – One Answer (Drop Down) • Choice- Multiple Answer (Bullets)* • Yes or No If the questions in a survey are not available with Quota Management, the following message is displayed: “Currently there are no closed-ended questions available for quota definitions.” You can only apply question-based quota to your survey based up to three questions, as long as you have at least three closed-ended questions in your survey.
