Which pyramid looks bigger, Khufus pyramid or Khafre pyramid?
http://egyptphoto.ncf.ca/khafre%20pyramid2_640.jpg Khafre´s look bigger for some simple perspective reasons: At first sight, the Pyramid of Khafre looks larger than Khufu´s Pyramid. As you approach to the site, the Pyramid of Khafre seems taller because it stands on higher ground (some 10 meters higher), the slope of the pyramid rises at an 53° 10′ angle, steeper than Khufu´s Pyramid and also its peak still retain part of the original limestone casing that once covered the entire pyramidal structure. All of which gave the perpective sensation of a viewing a larger Pyramid. In reality Khufu´s Pyramid is larger, it is the biggest man made pyramid in the world. Khafre´s Pyramid is the second largest of the Ancient Egyptian Pyramids of Giza. Khafre has a base length of 215.25 m (706 ft.) and rises to a height of 143.5 m (470.5 ft).
