Which province in the Philippines has the most beautiful tourist spots?
Among the provinces you’ve mentioned, I’ve been to Cebu, Aklan(Bora), Albay (more of Camarines Norte actually) and Ilocos. I’d choose Ilocos Norte because it has both natural and cultural tourist attractions. I’ve been to Pagudpud (peaceful and not yet commercialized like Boracay) and there’s this place called “Blue Lagoon” in a town near Pagudpud. It’s like a “secret place” and I even read in a newspaper article once that FG Mike Arroyo considered it as the most beautiful place in the Philippines. Ilocos also provides cultural attractions via Ferdinand Marcos’ mausoleum in Batac, old churches, etc…And of course, Ilocos Norte is north of Ilocos Sur, the province of Vigan, yet another tourist spot..Food is also one aspect of travel and Ilocos is home to native delicacies/specialties like bagnet, empanadas, longganisa, bibingka, etc…
