Which PoVs will appear in A Dance with Dragons?
A Dance with Dragons, focusing on events in the North and on the eastern continent, will feature Arya, Bran, Daenerys, Davos, Jon, Tyrion and Quentyn Martell. There will also be some Sansa/Alayne chapters, and it is not yet known if other PoVs from A Feast for Crows may end up appearing. The book will also feature the return of Theon Greyjoy as a PoV. Finally, in an update on January 2nd 2008, Mr. Martin revealed that there will be another new PoV and that this character is one of the characters featured in the first set of miniatures from Dark Sword Miniatures. This means it is either Melisandre, Sandor Clegane or Loras Tyrell. Since then Loras has been ruled out, as has Sandor. At one point it was stated that Sansa would also have at least one chapter in ADwD, but Mr. Martin recently announced that she would be moved to the next book in the series.
