-The three Hoenn starters are not available in Diamond/Pearl. -You can get a Johto starter in Emerald by completing the Hoenn dex. -Kyogre cannot be gotten in Ruby or Diamond. -Latias cannot be gotten in Ruby or Diamond. -Pineco, Gligar, Shuckle, and Teddiursa/Ursaring are obtained in Diamond when you have Emerald in the GBA slot of your DS. Slowpoke, Pinsir, Misdreavus, Houndour, Stantler, Spheal, and Bagon (and their evolutions) are exclusive to Pearl; I’m not sure which can be gotten in Emerald or Ruby. Think everything else in Emerald can be gotten in Ruby or Diamond. You’ll still be missing things, though. Unonbtainable in Diamond/Pearl: -Older starters -Past legendaries -Tangela and Tropius -Event legends (yay.
