Mew can learn all TMs and HMs and Arceus can learn all TMs excluding: TM01 TM41 – TM49 TM51 TM54 TM56 TM63 TM64 TM69 TM74 TM78 TM88 TM89 (arceus can use all HMs) mew gets Synchronize now I dunno if that’s really that handy in the Uber meta game (I don’t play Uber much) Arceus gets Multitype and well Hypothetically makes him one of the best choices no matter who your fighting considering his well balanced stats… though you may need to do a bit of homework on your opponent to determine what type would be best.
