Which Player Signals the Others How to Postion Themselves to Play a Hitter?
Catcher, because he knows the hitting habit of the hitter very well but more importantly he knows what type pitch he is going to call. Catcher makes sure the outfielders are properly positioned as relates to the pitch coming up. He also checks the infield making sure they are heads up on the pitching call.
