I imagine the cartilage, tragus & tongue would probably hurt the most. The lip piercings probably wouldn’t hurt so bad, since it’s soft, thin flesh being pierced. Same with nose & belly – it’s just folds of skin, though I think nose would be the most painful out of all these. However, if any of them get infected, then they’ll be a whole lot more painful, so it’s hard to say for sure.
