Helix is less painful than the tragus, Helix is really hard to heal because of hair wrapping around it. The tragus is pretty simple except its hard to see the back when cleaning it. So far I have had my helix pierced 6 times and could never heal it and I have pierced my tragus once and it healed perfectly (I have a labret in mine) The only thing about the tragus is if the piercer is not strong enough to get it in one try it will hurt like the devil… It took my piercer three times to get it trough and it was dreadful… Im happy with it now!!!
