I’ve performed in a ‘simplified’ version of Les Mis, and I (as a 15 yr old female) played Thenardier (see, I told you it was simplified). I would suggest the parts of Fantine or Cosette. I am asuming that you would be able to sing their parts. Either that, or the mulitude or chorus/supporting roles. Good luck!
