• Initially test different concentrations of the capture antibody concentration and detection conjugate dilution. Recommended concentrations are provided in the individual manuals. The most important factor for minimizing matrix effects is the pre-dilution of the sample, for this reason try different buffers for sample dilution. The PCR cycler program and the PCR mastermix composition have not to be adapted.
