AOL 3.1 requires a handheld device running Palm OS 3.52 and higher. To determine the Palm OS version you have: Go to the Home screen. Click Menu and select Info from the App menu. Click the Version Tab. The top line lists the Version information. AOL 3.1 is not compatible with the Palm VII series.
