I hope u know about the spectrum of light. Visible light, spread in seven colors of the rainbow, namely violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red is known as spectrum of light. Beyond the violet part of spectrum, at higher frequencies, we have Ultraviolet, X-Rays and Gamma rays.
