Which option should I select – PINless or PINfull ?
You can use One Touch Dial service with both PINfull & PINless feature to make international calls. However, to avoid any inconvenience, you have to make sure that your handset is set with the correct feature which is same as available against your trueroots account i.e. if your trueroots account is set for PINless dialing then please select ” Mobile No. already registered – PINless”. If your phone number is not registered, please select “Mobile Number not registered ” when registering for Smart Dial. Alternatively, once the installation is complete, you can change from PINless to the other option by clicking on One Touch Dial. On the right hand corner, you can see the Mode option. In the third option, you would see PINfull. Select PINfull if your mobile number is not registered. Select PINless option if your mobile number is already registered.
