Which online auction sites do not require a debit or credit card to access the site?
I have used Ebay many times and have never been required to use my debit or credit card to access the site. It all depends on how the seller accepts payment. A paypal account on Ebay doesn’t require you to have a credit or debit card as long as you have a bank account to set one up. You can even use your account number to set one up and when you pay for something it sends an e-check to the seller for the payment. Some also may accept money orders or personal checks that you can send them. Also try yahoo auctions too. I don’t know if overstocked.com or buy.com need credit or debit card info but it’s worth the try to check them out to see what you need. I think it all depends on what the seller will or wont accept for payment.
