Which one is better+cheaper: Fedex, UPS or DHL?
This information is anecdotal. Pros: UPS * very good email and tracking system * Generally helpful and efficient drivers, professional * Good software for businesses, integrated shipping label suite/hardware FedEx * incredibly fast and consistent shipping * persistent drivers with integrity * seemingly better at dealing with customer issues * seems cheaper to me, overall, for higher-level shipping Cons: DHL * no longer ships in the US, from my understanding, so that’s out. UPS has consistently * lost packages being sent to me * lost packages I’ve sent * failed to meet deadlines * failed to issue a refund * failed to issue insurance on broken items * delivered to the wrong house several times (I’ve walked around the neighborhood and found my packages 3 times… I’m not joking) * Delivered a box to me that they RAN OVER.
