All cars will work okay on 100% biodiesel. Biodiesel is processed from vegetable oil using transesterification and has all the properties of mineral diesel oil If you mean straight vegetable oil, however, that is another matter. While most diesel cars will run on straight veg oil, some modification to the fuel system may be necessary or you will have to blend it with mineral diesel fuel.
