Technically they are all involved. Ribosome makes proteins, Rough ER has ribosomes which synthesise proteins and then they are transported by the ER itself. The Golgi body packages and modifies secretions produced in the ER. Smooth ER synthesises lipids and moves them about in the cell. The lysosome contains enzymes which it can secrete into cell vacuoles to digest unwanted material or broken down cell organelles.
