Which non-communication / messaging mobile data applications are stickiest (used most frequently)?
Outside of the Messaging / Communication Domain within Wireless right now there is some increasing bundle of Applications used more and more – Data Applications are blooming up supported by Web 2.0 (collaboration) transponded into Telco 2.0 and further on the pipe in Mobile 2.0 initiatives… this is all Data and this is all about applics. in its 2 forms – Networks Based or Handset Based when comes to Mobile World. Coming back to the roots of your question –> LBS (location applics.) , Payment,Games, Internet Surfing/ Browsing (more and more with MB going lower price), Content and DRM based applics.(e.g streaming), Bluetooth and whatever you may do with it vs. a handset,social networks …all of them have Business Cases and them on-roll as (high(some)) Revenue Services within (W)SPs..there are a lot of other applics. ramping up now more and more and used more and more (daily/weekly) !…Just my comments…!…Cheers!
