Which newspaper/magazine is good for beginner crossword puzzle?
If I were you, I would just start with a 2008 off-the-wall crossword puzzle calender. By now, all 2008 calendars have to be marked dwon by at least 90% at major bookstores or online. And with off-the-wall calendar crosswords, if you get frustrated with the first puzzle, you can tear off the page you’re working on and start the next one. Plus, unlike newspaper crosswords, you don’t have to wait til the next day to get the answers. Or you can buy a crossword puzzle book for beginners.
