Which nationalities are the best and worst tippers?
I work at a job at which I depend on tips, and I can say for sure that the best tippers I have experienced in my place of work were in order: 1: Americans, by far are the best tippers in my experience: so much so that they’ll actually feel guilty if they don’t overtip. 2: Poles–VERY friendly tippers, especially if you say something in Polish to them 3: Russians–very conscientious tippers and the worst tippers (and most rude patrons) were Indians. I doubt that this is indicative of Indian culture, but in my particular employment venue, we get the more arrogant/chauvenistic Indian and Pakastanis than any other group.
