Which mustang is better Mach Saleen Roush Cobra or a GT?
The GT, Cobra, Mach are vehicles produced by Ford. Generally the GT and Cobra have the same engine size, example 4.6L, but the GT will only have SOHC, single overhead cam. On the other hand the Cobra will have a DOHC, dual overhead cam, giving it a slight advantage over the GT in performance. Roush and Saleen are both independent companies that purchase the base vehicle such as the GT and Cobra from Ford and modify them. These modications can range from basic graphics and body kits, to screaming superchargers that produce 600 hp. For example my 2000 Roush started as a base GT. It left Roush with a new body kit, seats, floor mats, truck tool kit, SUPERCHARGER, and screaming H-pipe which exits in front of the rear tires, that my neighbors 1/2 mile away can hear in their house. Saleen also does extreme modications, i believe that the new supercharged Saleen leave with 600 hp.
