Which muscles does dolphin kick and butterfly stroke work?
Dolphin kick- abs abs and abs- all your power and motion will come from the contractions of your upper abs transfering down the lower. The calves get a little work on the end of the kick, but its mainly transference. Fly: works the dolphin kick areas as well as your pectorals, shoulder (whole area really), and smaller mid to upper back muscles, as well as a lot of tricep action.
