Which muscles do pushups work?
i am like an expert in push ups,i am doing push ups since i was a little kid,i am now 20 years and i do 75 to 120 or 150 push ups at maximum when i am at full energy,i did not reach this level by a short time period it was a result of years to dedication in sport,i tell u from my experience that push ups if done correctly can train basically the following muscles:the triceps,shoulders,chest,trapez(the muscle between ur shoulder and ur neck),fingers and wrist.also the push ups exercise can train other muscles but in lesser amount it means like a poor train to them but still have an effect on them and they are the following muscles:abdamon(abs),upper leg(above knees below weist),back muscle,butt muscle,fingers of ur legs also becomes stronger.push up exercise may be hard for beginners but if u start with number between 5 to 10 each day and increase that number little by little each day,u will end up after a few period of time with a body to die for,and a physical power u have only dreame
