Which Moonlady News notices are free?
At least 75% of the notices on Moonlady News do not require a fee. Free Notices ~ roommate requests ~ art and culture events ~ animals needing homes ~ seeking employment/job openings ~ non-profit groups and establishments ~ book clubs, Meet-Ups and discussion groups ~ coffeehouse shows, most music concerts and theatre ~ requests for recommendations (ie: the “List of” emails) ~ free or love-offering events (unless the event promotes sales of products or services.) Notices Requiring a Fee ~services for hire ~office space for rent ~garage sales or items for sale ~events that charge admission (except non-profits) ~free events that promote the sale of products or services The fee for these notices to be delivered directly to the Moonlady News list is usually $5 per notice. However, if you pre-pay $20 for 4 notices, I’ll throw in the 5th one free. You will be emailed an invoice when you submit the notice if it requires a fee.
