Which methods can be used to remove spaghetti sauce stains on clothing?
Household items you can use are hydrogen peroxide if the clothes are white. This will remove the stain and will not yellow the clothes like bleach will. I have also found that liquid dish washing detergent, like cascade will also remove tomato based stains from clothing. Again, the CLOTHES MUST BE WHITE. These remedies work on tomato stains and blood stains very well. If your clothes are not white, I have found an item called “Purple Power”. You can buy purple power at Walmart, Dollar General, etc. You will find it in the automotive section of the store. This product will remove grease, tar, lipstick….. and all you do is use it like you would any spray laundry stain remover. Spray on the spot, rub and launder.
