While most Mediterranean cruises would be great for people of all ages, including the older crowd, I might suggest that you try the following Holland America Line, Crystal Cruises, SilverSea, Fred.Olsen (which might not have too many Med Cruises) and P&O Cruises. I can’t say that anyone would be any better than the other, except to say the Crystal and SilverSea are more upscale than the others (read more expensive as well). Fred.Olsen Cruise Lines and P&O Cruises are going to be geared to the English Cruise Market. Holland America Line has always been a great cruise line and they are trying to move into a younger market but have always been known for the older market of cruise passengers.
