Which martial art is the most realistic and effective? Why?
EVERY styke is realistic and effective in the HANDS of the right user. You have to understand it is not the style as much as it is the person and how well they have learned they style. The person can make the style great or weak. The style is just what it is, not good or bad. That is in the hands if the user, so the answer is them all in the properly trained hands. I agree with Bluto to some degree, but not totally, My school teaches awareness, but yes he is correct although I beleive it is just far too many do not teach awareness.
