Which ma would one recommend nurses to do for management positions?
Hi Cha, an MSc Leadership and Management course may be better suited for general management. Depends also in which area of nursing you are in, some MSc’s are designed for different specialities to lead you into management for these certain areas. I respect you for looking into this, I’m half considering doing an MSc in Clinical practice, but can’t bear the thought of going back to uni!
