Wadhawan Lifestyle Retail Pvt Ltd is the official licensee of Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier brands in India. The distribution license was acquired in December 2007. So far, WLRPL has launched its first store in Mumbai in December 2007. It launched its second outlet in Delhi in January 2008. The second store in Delhi opened its doors in September 2008 while Mumbai saw its second Ed Hardy store at Vamas in November 2008.
